April 4, 2010 the world health organization reports more than 213 countries and overseas territories have laboratory confirmed cases of pandemic influenza H1N1.  From those reports includes over 17,700 deaths.

4 May 2009 – As of 18:00 GMT, 4 May 2009, 21 countries have officially reported 1085 cases of influenza A (H1N1) infection.

CDC, states: US swine flu cases jump to 68

ATLANTA – The number of confirmed swine flu cases in the United States has jumped to 64, federal officials said Tuesday, and states reported at least four more.
